Doses:
Fill dropper (1 full dropper = .5mL), squeeze the oil under your tongue and hold for at least 30 seconds before swallowing.
Start with the single .5mL dose at first, and progress to a full 1mL (2 full droppers) if you feel you need more support**
**Please note that a full dropper of our 15mL and 30mL Doses = 1mL, while the minis only fill to .5mL
Chronic:
Roll on to affected area, gently massaging any excess oil into skin
Use after a shower or steam for enhanced absorption
Repeat as necessary
